Well as someone else pointed out, that big roundish mark on her upper left shoulder, carries over onto her shirt. Which leads me to believe that it is something on top of Lilis reflection. Not on her herself. Honestly, it looks like someone else's hand,maybe from the table next to the window table.
This picture is tricky because there are three layers of reflections. You have the first being inside the shop, then Lili, and then the brick wall behind Lili, that still bleeds through Lili direct reflection. That's why it looks like she has writing all over her right arm. When in fact, what you are seeing are the lines of grout between the bricks behind her, showing through her reflection. But as you said, we will see sooner or later.

As I mentioned, the image on her upper arm does appear to overlap the shirt, but then again, the image appears to be in a perfect position for a tatoo, which is too much of a co-incidence for a reflection, so we'll just to wait for a newer picture.
