Photo Location Puzzle Thread

Or possibly from the window of the room above the balcony (as the balcony seems slightly low).

By the way, I did not check for photos until after I located the position. However, there is a photo taken at almost the same spot.

This is strange, but today in an article I saw this picture. I'm pretty sure it's the same place, undergoing some upgrades. I'm curious how you got the image you used, since I couldn't seem to 'get close enough' using Streetview.

Streetview was working when I did the screen capture. Since then, the road has disconnected from street view.


However, I still technically need a location or GPS.
