I don't really like that song, but in French and with Lili singing it I am sure it would sound better.

You know, it's interesting, everything was going along fine, then I discovered 50/60 on Thursday and for the next few days everything else felt old - not just Alizée's older songs, but everything in general. Since I had forgotten my CDs in my luggage two days in a row, I actually hadn't listened to A much for a few days. Today, I went out and was a little scared that if I listened to one of her CDs it would sound old and not as interesting as before...Fortunately, I listened to Moi...Lolita and it was great as usual!

I guess that effect sort of wore off. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Yeah, surprisingly so. Friday and Saturday I listened to 50/60 for about 2 hrs or so, and then went back to some Gourmandises and MCE and, like you said, it felt old, not quite as energizing. So, today I abstained from 50/60 completely, and after 24 hours now, Moi... Lolita sounds just as good as it always does.

Honestly, I've tried listening to something else, but that beat is just stuck in my head and I keep going back to it.

A little over a minute of the song is actaully out and there is no official date for the single, although there are rumors of it coming out on September 5th 09/05.

ya i heard that her new cd is coming out on the 4th or the 5th of September as well
