If it is in the "Public Record" then they bought it. Either individually or the through their corporate entity. If they were renting or leasing it there would be no need to publish it in the Public Record.

In any case they are doing well financially, happy and that is all that counts.

whats all this talk about her apartment being associated with something that's uninhabitable. Those apartments are not for your average joe, they are very expensive and for the rich to the very wealthy.
Just because she is moving doesn't mean she wasn't happy with where she lived, maybe they just found a house that they both liked and that they could afford and decided to go for it. You people make it like Alizee was living in a cage and desperately wanted something else.
I dont know about Paris, but I have seen some really nice million dollar apartments in New York City that I dream of getting someday.

1,000 sq. ft is no space to raise a family. I wont be surprise to hear she is having another baby if she get the lot. Anyways, I wish her the best with the home.

Well, it might be nice for Annily (and future children) to have a yard to play in, right outside her door. And maybe they will put a recording studio in the house. I can't imagine Jérémy not doing so. It's nice for a writer/musician to have convenient access to a studio so when those ideas pop into your head, you can quickly capture them.

Your looking at a 50 foot by 53 foot lot the house is sitting on.

Looks like the happy couple bought an average sized Parisian home in the suburbs.

that's not so big, I mean it is but the way people here were describing it, they were making it out to be like a huge Hollywood mansion. my/parents house is 31ft by 55ft and is worth only $950,000, $650,000 when they bought it in 1996
