ok, so MA (yet again) found this festival in California for French music and guess who would be great to promote their?

How are we able to promote her? Does anyone live in LA? They have some pretty good artist Sébastien Tellier is very good.

I'm not 100% sure but I believe Mon Maquis posted something about this last year, and that Yelle was going to be performing then. I hope Lilly tries to get involved this time or next year, it would be a good first step. I'm also curious to know if anybody will be going?

The person who runs this show is a personal friend of Yelle's. Yelle was planning on going, but are not because they are working on the new album at that same time.

Alizée was invited... So I will leave it at that...

Although it's possible. I think they would have mentioned her somewhere though, I'm guessing they know she has us here. Success here might mean a show or more later on

I went to a Blitzen Trapper concert at the El Rey theatre 2 months ago. It's about 15 minutes from where I live.

October 2009 would not have been a good time for Alizée to attend this festival, but 10/10 would. Hopefully she'll be invited again, but we'll see.

I could even go to the one in San Francisco. That would be awesome!

I'm in LA, and if she comes to LA or anywhere in California.....what the heck!....ANYWHERE in the US....count me in
