If all this was false, this would have been the perfect time to say so. That's why it seems so odd to me that she didn't....

And yeah, it doesn't confirm her and Matt, but I think its safe to say there is something there, whether it's just good friends, dating, or something else, who knows.

Yeah, the separation from Jeremy is probably true, but my guess is the relationship with MP is not firmly established at this point.

In reading about MP, he doesn't sound like a bad guy. He is fairly successful.
Writes some music which could be a plus. Had hoped to play professional football (European style); something Alizee probably likes a lot. As far as his loafer situation, there's nothing set in concrete to that.

As Bigdan pointed out, they probably met during the making of "Des Ricochets ", which was last September, I believe. She may have first developed some interest back then.
