Thin-skinned =
Garcon - Thin skinned is an American English way of saying "too easily takes offence". Is easily offended. You sir, are quite a nice person - seems to me that the things that have tripped you up are language issues. meh - everyone makes a mistake. Have i not said before Thankyou Garcon for the translations? Ed |

A culture's metaphors and slang are often very difficult to grasp because they require context the literal translation cannot provide. In fact, in some instances the slang or metaphor is designed to mean the opposite of the literal meaning, as in "Your Bad" which, depending on context, can mean you're good.
