However, there is so much to consider:
The original recording, developing new markets, merchandising, touring, etc.
The contract was either fair to Lili or not, we have no way of knowing. As merchandising took off, was there an additional negotiation? If so she probably got a better deal on the later piece.

No, Gourmandises sold 600,000 on the first month.
MCE sold 350,000 on the first month.

About the singles, i think thats way to much, i would say she sold around 500,000-700,000 copies with each single.

You are not figuring taxes on her earnings. I am thinking that after all is said and done, that Alizée possibly took home about 2-3 million Euros net, IF that much.
Mylene and Laurant made more then she did as they wrote the songs, so they get publishing rights, which is where the real money is. The record company gets back a lot in it's upfront costs and layouts, plus costs for touring, musicians, hotels, etc.
I would be very surprised if being "just the singer" in the first two albums, and as she was totally under the control of others, if she made more then what I have stated above.
