Any item I tried to order from the Alizee Store, the next screen stated my shopping cart was empty. I sent an email to the address contact@alizeestore.com, but I received a message that the email was undeliverable.

Since Alizee Store is owned by Institubes, I tried sending an email to problems@institubes.com, but received the same message.

Both email addresses were listed in their respective store's 'Terms of Use' sections.

Both sites also listed the same address, 52 rue de Clignancourt 75018 Paris FRANCE.

I confirm that Web-based e-mail bounces at once when sent from Gmail, but NOT when sent from Yahoo. What was the origin of your e-mail, Vista? Still, this looks serious, so my good friend FanDe AliFee decided to post notice on the Facebook wall of Melle Alizée Bis herself. I wonder how often she looks at it these days. The store subdomain registrar also documents a subdomain owner e-mail address if things don't get better soon. Let's hope they do!

I used gmail; I have a yahoo email account, but I doubt if I again send an email to either of the accounts. However, I may try ordering again.

yeah, i saw they updated stuff on the site regarding stock/mail purposes, and it seems they resolved a lot of issues during that process. hurray for competent web staff!

My payment finally cleared, however I looked at the page with the picture disc (and probably all the others) that said they can't ship with the Post Export or whatever. I hope they still ship it because they have my money now...
