Definitely NOT.
Hip hop originally was a form of out-of-mainstream expression, whereas pop has always been mainstream appeal.

Nowadays they both have fused so much all these fake "hiphop" bullcrap is ruining the airwaves.

Nah. Hip-Hop, if close to any genre, would be similar to both Funk, Jazz, and Reggae. In fact, many of the first DJ's were the children of Jamaican immigrants who had been apart of the Reggae movement in Jamaica. Hip-Hop also emerged as a way to express discontent at the society that young Black & Puerto Rican teens had to endure daily.

personally i do not like hip-hop or what is called pop today. but that does not mean i need to put it down. just remember there are people who liked this guy.
