Working on some sweater and other accessories at the moment, by other accessories I mean any random thing I can slap Alizée on.

I'll have some newer designs here in a bit.

Is it possible to get some lilly town gloves? If so, i want a pair that can fit a guys hands. Oh, and i would also like to order one of everything you got (except the stuff in pairs, i would like those in; well.... pairs)

well i finally got my first design that was made for me done in a shirt it is not completely done at the moment but i got one and brought it home with me so i could take some pictures of it and wear it for the weekend

anyhow this is a design by the great Amelie who was the one who did the first design for me as it is she did an awesome job the back is actually a wallpaper done by RMJ (already got his approval to use the picture for this) but i must really give Amelie a hand as she did an awesome job on the front when i asked her for what i wanted it to look like

the only thing that isn't actually on the shirt is the names of whoever it is for which the one i am posting happens to be mine

the names will go on the left sleeve i will post more pictures when they get finished and i get the rest of them back

I will have to look into seeing if I can get gloves made not sure never seen the likes, but anyhow i believe everything else is possible

so yeah you could get one of everything and a pair of everything that comes in pairs (may cost you a little money but if you got the money hey you got the stuff)

also i found a place that does etching on glassware such as mugs coasters and such he said he can only go up to a 10"X15" i believe i would have to double check on it but it is possible

Just a friendly note ... have you guys considered what happens if RCA finds out you're manufacturing unauthorized merchandise, based directly upon one of their licensed and contracted performers, using images, fonts and other materials owned by RCA, Polydor, and other business entities ?

interesting indeed

may have to just use some of Barrett's original designs that don't have anything specifically related such as song names and pictures but her name can very well be used along with any drawings that are done

either way i am willing to make just about anything at the moment

Yes, the key is to avoid using photos (or likenesses, I'm afraid, so drawings might not work either, from a legal standpoint), established graphics (official logos or fonts already used on commercially sold products), specific song lyrics or titles (unless for parody purposes). I know first hand that these prohibitions severely limit creativity, but there's still some wiggle room here and there.

As to the issue of names : while names cannot be copyrighted, they CAN be trademarked. In fact, I believe one of the reasons the new album took so long to see the light of day was that Lili had to negotiate the purchase of the rights to her "stage" name ("Alizée") for use in future recordings and publicity. Still, the use of a performer's name - especially when such use is of no harm to the performer - is a something of a gray area.
