Dude chill out, I'm not 100% sure, but I bet you have to be 18 (or maybe more) to get a Real tattoo pretty much everywhere. At least in France anyway. Yeah you can get one with a parent's permission but do you Really think Alizée would have her daughter tattooed at her age? And I mean c'mon, there are Adults that chicken out of tattoos halfway in because of the pain, I think a child like Annily would have as well, if it is a real tattoo. It's gotta be a fake. It's almost definitely a fake. I remember loving fake tattoos as a little kid, I always asked for some change to put in those little toy/sticker machines so I could get one every time we went to the store. I practically collected 'em.

Just look at the pictures RMJ shared...it shows Alizée's love toward her daughter. She takes her daughter everywhere. She's looking like a great mother so far.

You can't give a child a real tattoo, sillies. You really think any reputable tattoo artist is gonna tat a kid? No way. It's fake, but still. I don't think it's the best influence for a child to tat up your body, but if you like them, it wouldn't matter to you.

It looks real to me, but keep in mind I dont know the first thing about tattoos!
However for me to assume it is fake, in which I have no evidence for nor did I see any provided, is a poor assumption on my part which is why I will continue to believe it is real until someone posts some evidence stating otherwise! Simply saying Alizee wouldnt get her daughter a real tattoo is not evidence btw
As for being 18 ... nope almost any tattoo place would give a kid a tattoo if they are with their parents ... that is something I do know from underaged friends getting tattoos when I was in high school!
