Could you post a link to the site you're talking about. I guess you're from France, so is this a website in France?

It may be that they recieve so many votes for other artists that the ones for Alizée equal too low of a percent to be shown.

It's difficult to tell if a vote is being counted or not. They definitely know if you're not from France. At first they suggest you go to the U.S. mtv site. If you say we can't vote on it, I'm sure you're right. They never give you any type of message saying you can't vote and everything is in French so it's tough to figure out what is going on when you do make a selection.

I just went there and voted, now it reads .45%

It looked like it's been working, but, yes, there must be a lot of voters. Now Lili's got 0.45%... Meanwhile, Shakira is in the lead for the week with 11.45% of the votes. Peeeyooo!
