Yes, I did not like that haircut at all. It was after her and Jeremy met and became an item. Plus she got that piercing. And let's not forget the baggy jeans.

I think she was a little out of character during that time but felt some pressure to conform to the looks of her age group in the big city. I'm thankful it didn't last long.

This is one appearance, which I think had the effects of the Jeremy influence, where I thought singing wise she did well and though I didn't like the hair cut, I couldn't condemn it, but as far as that outfit, which I'm sure was chosen by her, what was she thinking?

I wasn't crazy about the song but I think you're right that her voice was a good fit for it.

She did get it pierced. Not the best decision to make for a singer if you're worried about your singing career, but I don't think she was at that point. It would be interesting to know when and why she got rid of it. I think it was gone by the time Psych rolled around.

I don't think she kept it for much time. At least I hope so. In my opinion it would be worse than the tattoos if it wasn't for the fact that it is removable :/


As regards her voice, I also like this cover, that should be of the same period.
