Possible to exercise too much?
is it possible to exercise too much? Like how much exercise is too much? Ive been exercising about 4 hours a day for the past couple months now and its starting to feel like I am always tired...or maybe I should ask my doctor this hah...

If you break a bone, sprain a tendon, or give yourself a heart attack, then you're exercising too much.

4 hours a day is way too much. The recommended average amount is actually just an hour three times a week.
However, if you're as determined as you are, I'd say a max of two hours five times a week. Otherwise, you put a lot of strain on your body, and it could be dangerous.

i get a lot of hours of excercise and i like the way my, i excercise at least 10 hrs a week which is enough.

In that case, Deep was right on about this one.
You swim for three hours or you're in the water for three hours? Swimming is one of the most strenuous excersices around, so if you are swimming for three hours straight then there must be a red 'S' on your T-shirt
