![]() is it possible to exercise too much? Like how much exercise is too much? Ive been exercising about 4 hours a day for the past couple months now and its starting to feel like I am always tired...or maybe I should ask my doctor this hah...

![]() 4 hours a day is way too much. The recommended average amount is actually just an hour three times a week.
However, if you're as determined as you are, I'd say a max of two hours five times a week. Otherwise, you put a lot of strain on your body, and it could be dangerous.

![]() i get a lot of hours of excercise and i like the way my, i excercise at least 10 hrs a week which is enough.

![]() about 45 min running in the morning and than I swim for around 3 hours later in the day. So far dont really have a goal besides becoming a better swimmer and maybe I might become a triathlon in the future
