Which is why I question if such conversation ever took place, because of it not being subtle at all. That's diving right in. Who would honestly ask a girl out, then when she says she has a boyfriend, say "I won't tell." What person does that? That's like, a 1 to 100 ratio of meeting a jerk like that. And then she goes on to say "Men sometimes think they're charming, but they're not" as if most men act like this, when most men don't act like this at all. Only a fool does something like that. You sure this was a coffee shop, or a bar?

She could be trolling, and she could be genuine. Either way, I agree with what she says about the way men make us feel sometimes and I don't think it's fair that you guys keep contradicting her about that when it's not something you have to deal with. You can express your opinions just like she can express hers, but continuously telling her "No, you're wrong, you don't know what you're talking about" just makes everyone involved look insensitive and ignorant.

This is probably a contributing factor to why we don't have many female members. Please, you guys, don't behave that way. If I were a complete stranger and I were considering joining this forum, I would NOT feel welcome, especially after seeing this thread.

INEVITABLE. If it's not Wasabi saying this, it's someone else. You will have that with this site.
