The attraction of hetero women to Alizee is something that is very obvious and I would like to know why. Young woman can be very competitive and catty, and feel jealous of a peer that is more beautiful than themselves. This didn't seem to be a problem with Alizee. She really connects with females. You are right. His left side is very handsome. |

Cowboy, I will try to answer your question about why Alizée appeals to hetero women. Women (at least, secure women) can appreciate talent, beauty and good character in anyone—male or female. I appreciate these things in Alizée. I can see and admire her attractiveness, without meaning I am “attracted” to her in the usual sense of that term. You are right that women can be jealous and catty. I’ve never understood that attitude—never felt that emotion. I’m glad of that—it must be very limiting and cause great anxiety to women who feel threatened by other women—for whatever reason.

She and Alizée along with another women were seen walking around Ajaccio in this interview where Alizée pointed out the school she went to and she also mentioned the show 'Graines du Stars' which was the show that led to the start of Alizée's career. It was where a 'friend' signed her up for the singing competition instead of the dancing competition, which later led to Mylene Farmer seeing her on tv. At the time of this post, I brought up the possibility that the friend who signed her up for the singing competition was probably Helene. I said at the time, I'd ask Stefan of FB who has contacted Jo in the past if he knew if this was indeed the woman responsible for the chain of events that led to the start of Alizée's career. I sent Stefan a message. He was on vacation at the time and I think it was one of those month long vacations, so I forgot about it, then he forgot about it, but I recently remembered it again, posted him and though he didn't contact Jo, he does think that this was her friend that signed her up for the dancing competition. "I'm sorry, I completely forgot your questions. Dont be angry. But to your first question, I'm pretty sure Helene is her friend at the time, who signed her up at Graine de Stars, because she talked about Graines de Stars during the Interview.". So though it's not definitive, I think Helene is the one! If it wasn't for her, we would've never heard the name Alizée! Here's a clip from Stars au Grand Air where Alizée speaks of that moment. https://youtu.be/TzERQSwHszk?t=402 Last edited by Scruffydog777; 10-22-2018 at 01:23 PM.. Reason: Automerged Doubleposts |
