I figured it was a shop because there's only one of each shoe on display.

Between the instagram exposure, serial tattoos, and shopping consumption... she's clearly going thru a change in her life... One more liberating apparently. Not sure what the half life is on it. Living in LA, i see many women going thru this stage, especially after a marriage. Wonder how her folks and brother feel about the tattoo stuff.
