I too hope "the man" finds your stash. He'll probably become a fan! :P
Anyway, how about thinking of it this way: if you have stuff that's for sale, but you didn't buy it, you probably should. Other than that, French tv shows and all that, not going to be an issue.

Dude chill windows can't install any kind of spyware like scanners, that's borderline illegal. And the off chance they do I doubt they'll be all fired up about some petite french singer's videos.
The only way you'll be in their radar is if you have child porn, or if you are a warez dealer making money off it. And if you are worried about ripped songs, I doubt that will be a problem either. Usually depending on where you live it may even be completely legal. For example in my country, according to law, you can rip, burn, make multiple copies of any software as long as you own it, irrespective of manufacturer's EULA agreement(which in this case becomes void). So what you are doing may be completely legal. Anyway, when I first discovered Alizée, I torrented the albums. It was only later that I bought physical copies.Same thing with Jenifer Bartoli's stuff. Though I own the legit stuff, I still listen to the pirated mp3's on my PC because I couldn't be bothered to rip the CDs. |
