There is a computer game called "Among Us" with characters that look like that little astronaut in that picture. Essentially in the game there are players called impostors that try to kill everyone as they sabotage a spaceship (kind of like the party game Mafia or the web game Tower of Salem). Anyways it has become a meme nowadays to see things that look like the impostor in everyday objects, kind of like this:


So that thing behind Alizee kind of looks like an astronaut, uh, if you imagine a lot

Now that I think about it it is an obscure reference for this forum. And those were horrible memes anyway. The meme standards of my friend group are way below that of this forum. I should stop singlehandedly bringing down the standard here
