I'm with rwd716. I think she will do it both ways. I do believe that she will do more not synced then she did before. Even thought she has the preasure of come back into music after a good little break, she is older and I think can pull thought with less lip syncing. But just like RMJ said, I don't think that it is always her call on if she does or does not. I think a lot of that is on the T.V network and her manager(s).

Yes. She won't be singing the old stuff during most of the return. What will happen is she will be in concert several years down the road singing her new stuff and then....without warning (as a surprise)......she will spring an old one on the crowd...which will make the crowd go crazy. That's the way you do it in showbiz.

the leaked version of MJ without all of the processing was really good. i actually thought they were going to choose it for the single because it would be easy for her to sing live, and it was really short.

personally, i think all of the processing almost means she has to sing it live.

I would like to see her sing live, but I think most tv shows are going to have her do lip syncing, but hey just like rwd said we will get some live ones too. I love her live voice as much as the rest of you, but I doubt it's her choice if she gets to do live or not. We will eventually all get en concert 2 and then we can all flip out lol.

It depends on the show, but i think Lili wants to sing live, hope she can because i loved 'en concert' a lot

As much I would also love to see her sing live, I doubt it will happen. At least, for the first couple of months, while she is still getting back into the groove.

And, as has been already said, MJ doesn't really suit itself to live singing. Perhaps a different single will open up these possibilities.

I will be happy to see Alizée however she is presented. My guess is French TV appearances will be lip-synched. Maybe some other opportunities will arise. She sang Moi, Lolita live on at least one occasion. We may have to wait until she does another concert, though.

I think the lead vocal in MJ is actually pretty easy to sing live. She doesn’t have to go too low or too high. All they need to do is remove her main vocal out of the music and she can sing along with it while the band (if there is one) just fakes it. The effects they use on her voice can be done live by a competent person at the console if they want to duplicate the way her voice sounds on the recording.
