I don't think so. They are just a brand of snacks in Japan that say Elise on them. It's just that since she did that commercial, thought it would be cool to add it to peoples' collections.
Also, Alizee said in one of their interviews that the director of the commercial was simply looking for a young French girl and so happened to get Alizee. I doubt that that was how it went as her name is so close sounding to the name of the cookies...lol
