Wardrobe notes are usually where things like that are picked up. Plenty of people have access or have had access to her costumes and fitting info, and at least one of her outfits was sold in an auction. Costumers, dressers, fitters, manafacturers, and all the assistants thereof could get that information very easily. That said, is it a guess? Who cares. It's about the right size, but that info is completely irrelevant to us anyway. I don't think anybody on this board is in a position to be buying her anything that requires her sizing info anyway.
