Discriminación De Ticketmaster De México A Los Discapacitados. El día 8 de Mayo, a pocos días de que se pusieron a la venta los boletos, para el concierto de Alizeé, intente comprar, vía telefónica y en conjunto con mis hermanos, boletos para el concierto del 17 Junio, pero todo se quedo en el intento, porque al preguntar si el Auditorio Nacional contaba con accesos para discapacitados, me informaron que Ticketmaster, no vende boletos para discapacitados, estos hay que adquirirlos directamente en la taquilla del Auditorio Nacional, que vende boletos para discapacitados, únicamente el día del evento, con la esperanza de que no alcancen lugar y se queden fuera, porque, que estorbosa es una silla de ruedas, le explique que los boletos están volando y que para el día del evento (mar 17 jun 2008, 20:30) no quedara ninguno, pero lógicamente ese no es su problema. ¡Es ridículo! El día del concierto no quedara ni un solo boleto por venderse. Es entupido exigir que un discapacitado motriz, acuda directamente a la taquilla a adquirir su boleto, cuando precisamente tiene problemas para moverse, entonces ¿porque le ponen este tipo de trabas? ¡Como es que a la gente sin ningún problema de salud, se le ofrecen más facilidades para adquirir un boleto? ¿Qué clase de país es este? ¿El país de la estupidez? Esto es discriminación, en este país los discapacitados sufren discriminación de la peor clase, Ticketmaster, esta violando la ley de la discapacidad y la ley federal para prevenir y eliminar la discriminación. ¿Que clase de país es este? Donde se facilita a la gente normal toda clase de servicios y se ponen tantas trabas y obstáculos a los discapacitados, ¿Cómo poder avanzar ante tantos entupidos primates? He estado tan deprimido y tan lleno de rabia en estas ultimas semanas, que no podía escribir ni una sola palabra de esta critica, me parece increíble que gracias a una bola de imbéciles que no se apegan a la ley, pierda la oportunidad de ver a Alizée. Mi familia y un servidor, conocimos a Alizée, en el 2002, cuando fui invitado por el gobierno de Francia para representar a México en el Dessin de Presse, y tuve la oportunidad de escuchar por primera vez Moi Lolita, que entonces era la única canción que se podía descargar de Internet y no se podía conseguir nada más, ni un solo video, ni una sola fotografía, nada, en México nadie la conocía y era imposible conseguir sus discos, tuvieron que pasar muchos años para que eso cambiara. Mi familia y un servidor, somos probablemente algunos de los primeros fans mexicanos de Alizée, fui el primer mexicano en formar parte del club oficial Frances y uno de los primeros en ver sus videos con alta calidad, y uno de los últimos en pertenecer al club mexicano, y ahora no podré verla, gracias a estos desgraciados. He querido, tomar como ejemplo esta última mala experiencia, con el concierto de Alizée, para denunciar el trato miserable, que se les da en México a los discapacitados, si bien la discriminación por parte de ticketmaster, es un problema mínimo, comparado con todos los problemas que sufren los discapacitados en este incivilizado país, me ha dolido demasiado, sumado a las miles de veces que he sido tratado de manera humillante y discriminatoria, por mas de 8 años; porque gracias a la discriminación, e irresponsabilidad de tantos médicos, hoy soy un discapacitado, y gracias a la flojedad y pesadez del Centro de Discapacidad del DIF, hoy no tengo derecho a rehabilitación, ni a empleo; gracias a la irresponsabilidad del que esta al frente de Derechos Humanos, nunca fueron defendidos mis derechos, gracias a la inutilidad de la Comisión de Arbitraje Medico, nunca se llevaron a cabo los acuerdos y demandas impresos en el papel, pero es injusto reparar en estos detalles mínimos, si pensamos que gracias a esta sarta de gente mediocre, floja e irresponsable, millones ya están muertos. En la actualidad México cuenta con las suficientes leyes, para mejorar la calidad de vida de los discapacitados. Pero ¿Que hacer? Cuando las autoridades de este país, se han mostrado incapaces de crear los mecanismos apropiados para evitar, prevenir y sancionar la discriminación de los discapacitados y aun para mejorar su calidad de vida. ¿Qué hace el inepto de Derechos Humanos de México, para evitar tal discriminación? absolutamente nada. Miente el Senado, cuando dice, que trabajan para mejorar las condiciones de vida de los discapacitados, el único fin del Senado es beneficiarse de esa publicidad, a costa del dolor humano. Si realmente quieren ayudar a los discapacitados, deben cumplir con el convenio 159 de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) que entro en vigor en 2002, modificar la ley del trabajo y la ley del IMSS, que dictan que si una empresa contrata a un solo discapacitado, debe pagar cuotas más altas, para todos sus empleados, motivo por el cual nadie contrata discapacitados, excepto algunas instancias de gobierno y uno que otro empresario, como favor al gobierno en turno, para guardar las apariencias y fingir que cualquier discapacitado, tiene derecho a un empleo; podrían dar estímulos fiscales a las empresas que contraten discapacitados, Que el sueldo de un discapacitado sea deducible de impuestos, Pero eso no lo harán, porque el día que realmente hagan algo por los discapacitados, dejaran de beneficiarse de esa publicidad, solo San Luis Potosí y Nuevo León, han mostrado interés por resolver el problema. Pero es que hay discapacitados que ni siquiera tienen derecho a la salud, y día con día se mueren de hambre, pidiendo limosna en las calles de todo el país, sin ninguna oportunidad de salir adelante. Si bien, tantos hipócritas hablan de la importancia de prevenir la discapacidad, Aquí en la Ciudad? De Toluca, ni un solo hospital cuenta con medicamentos, ni personal, para atender pacientes con Hemofilia, aun cuando existe una cifra de más de 1035 casos registrados en el Edo. de México, (según la IAP, que tampoco sirve para nada) que son pocos, porque una gran mayoría ya habrá muerto, ya que, un hemofílico sin la mas minima atención, como ha pretendido que sea la Secretaria de Salud del Edomex, desde siempre, no pasa de los 16 o 19 años, esto es imperdonable, más aun, cuando el empaque de estos medicamentos, que por cierto, no se venden en ninguna farmacia, incluyen el logo del DIF, del IMSS, de la SSA, cuando tales dependencias se niegan a manejarlos, ya sea por estupidez, por necedad, por irresponsabilidad o negligencia, ellos dirán que por falta de recursos, pero esto es falso, si tomamos que cuenta, que estos medicamentos, pueden remplazarse por productos sanguíneos, que desde siempre se han negado a manejar. Y que decir de la suerte que han corrido los pacientes con VIH, en este país corrompido de Dios. En resumen, en México los discapacitados no tienen derecho a la salud, al empleo, a la justicia, ni a la cultura, aún cuando la ley marca lo contrario. Sé que algunos discapacitados, que se dedican al deporte, debido a su actividad, gozan de algunos privilegios, pero en muchas ocasiones la naturaleza de la discapacidad o la gravedad de esta, impide que muchos discapacitados, nos dediquemos a algún deporte, porque esto agravaría nuestra condición, como en mi caso, que soy Artista Digital & Tradicional, Poeta Visual y Caricaturista. Actualmente he representado a México en más de 100 exhibiciones en todo el mundo, excepto en México, y mi trabajo siempre ha sido de los más celebrados. He puesto el nombre de México en alto en más de 100 ocasiones, pero Muchas veces pienso que este país me ha traicionado, y me pregunto… ¿Porque representar a un país, que no me representa? y me pregunto… ¿Porque representar a un país, al cual le importa un bledo mi existencia? ¿Porque representar a un país, que médicamente me ha tratado peor que a un perro? Y que a veces, me da tanta vergüenza, porque de todo el mundo me preguntan sobre la corrupción, sobre los nexos del gobierno con el narcotráfico, sobre el desfalco del país, la inseguridad, Chiapas, Una democracia que no ha servido de nada, el supuesto Cambio que no lo fue, la violación de los derechos humanos, y la flojedad al frente de esa inepta Institución ¿Que decir ante eso? ¿Qué cara poner ante tanta vergüenza?, lo más positivo que me han comentado sobre México, es que es la ciudad más grande del mundo y luego agregan, los mexicanos se reproducen como conejos. A lo largo del año pasado participe en una sola exposición, porque no quería poner en mis datos que estaba representando a México, a veces este país me da tanta vergüenza que incluso quisiera cambiar de nacionalidad, pero aun sigo representando a México y lo representare en la exposición siguiente, pero duele tanto, cada vez que escribo su nombre. Me he tomado, el trabajo de escribirles esta breve critica, para que ustedes fans de Alizée, entiendan como están las cosas en este país, que durante mas de 70 años, miles de políticos corruptos, se han encargado de sumir en la miseria, hasta nuestros días, y no se dejen seguir engañando por la publicidad lava cerebros que difunde el poder todos los días, y en la cual gasta miles de millones, con lo cual podría remediar tantas carencias de nuestro país, porque esta en los jóvenes el poder para exigir que nada de esto siga pasando, el poder para demandar un cambio y el poder para impulsarlo. Porque dense cuenta, que tantos millones de gentes que han hecho daño a nuestro país, a lo largo de la historia, son gente con ideas viejas, que se oponen a un verdadero cambio, que solo se enriquecen saqueándonos. El cambió del que escuchamos hablar a diario en la radio y la televisión, no es nada más que publicidad. Cuando seas denigrado, cuando tus derechos sean pisoteados, no te quedes callado, cuando seas discriminad, cuando seas victima de la negligencia médica, no te quedes con los brazos cruzados, demándalos, cuando seas victima de la corrupción, de la negligencia de algún servidos publico, denúncialo, porque esa es la única manera en que este país cambiara, lamentablemente ninguna de las instituciones mencionadas arriba, como Derechos Humanos, sirven para nada, dirán que no todos somos humanos, pero en todo caso tienes Internet y los medios para dar a conocer tu caso, de manera masiva. Se que algunos dirán, tanto escándalo por un concierto de Alizée, pero es que esto, lo he escrito precisamente para los fans de Alizée, por ultimo se que este, no es el lugar mas adecuado para lanzar una critica como esta, pero es que como fans de Alizée, nosotros tenemos un foro que en cierta manera nos une, en cambio los discapacitados carecen de el, y lo que es mas, dudo que la gran mayoría, por sus carencias, tenga acceso a Internet.
