Ah yes, the US mainstream music scene.
Albeit some of it can be decent sometimes, the majority of it is just tabloid firewood.

It puts a shame to the face of music, of course i'm glad it's there, it's a wall for people who find the worlds of music beyond the wall, and the wall to keep the less worthy out of the worlds beyond.

Not only US, all over the world exists "music" and real music. But mainstream is that what masses choose, not bothering about searching by themselves and looking for individual style.

Its junkfood and people like to be told what they should hear and follow like lemmings. I'm sure people would laugh at my music collection, especially with a lavender Psychedlices CD in there, because its not some manly tough talking hip hop junkfood collection. Why do you think all of these performers now sound the same with all of their music now mixing in hip hop and R&B.... The irony is that the parody music that comes out of this is actualy pretty good:
