I did it with GIMP. I took the prior image, increased the saturation and used the hue-chroma function to change the color.

An interesting picture, the street seems to be Richelieu Street in Odessa, Ukraine, but...

Who is that woman in front of the Alizee ad because it looks pretty much like her, but of course it's hardly...
