The lyrics at that link, as well as the lyrics posted above don't quite match the lyrics printed in the booklet that came with my Gourmandises CD. If you make the corrections Max suggested, then it looks like it would match. The "Oh loup y es-tu" refrain is not printed in my booklet. I don't know French so I can't be certain that the booklet lyrics are correct either, but it may be the most "official" thing we have.

Oh loup y'es tu = Oh wolf are you there?
wolf = one of the gazillion French ways of saying my honeybun, darling, whatever. Can be used only by girls towards their boyfriends
