I'd rather play a real guitar than a guitar sample off of a synth.
It just sounds more right.
There are some things the real instruments can do that the samples cannot do yet.
Perhaps in the future yes, but as for now, there are certain sounds you should keep "in good old times"

he supposedly died of a heart attack. i think it was rather cold to write bye bye MJ. seems like she was glad that he is dead.

Probably unintentionally, don't know how good she is at english. Or she have some grudge against him *starts speculating*

That's a bit harsh. Maybe it wasn't the most articulate send-off, but I certainly didn't read it as spiteful or malicious. And it's not like Alizée knew the man personally.

I thought the video she linked to, Remember the Time was quite apropos, actually.

I think she meant it in the best respectfully way, the thing is that I think since English is not her first language, as many other non-english speakers they try to translate a native phrase into english thinking that is the correct way in english. We all now Alizee is a respectful person and she wouldn't say anything irrespectfully especially to the King of POP.

I don't get it why you could think that this is harsh... I mean first she isn't a native speaker and I don't see what's wrong with "bye bye"... it's a colloquial expression for goodbye... she said goodbye that's all... and finally she tweet about his dead...

I believe Alizee had a respectful intent... I prefer to think she meant "Au revoir MJ".
