Rapidshare is supposedly very convenient for those with a high speed internet connection and the inclination to pay their service fees. I don't particularly feel like doing that; so, I use MEGAUPLOAD. But I can't complain as I was able to get the file and it didn't actually take long to download. Thank you, Ben, for uploading that anyway.
