A buying tip for Alizee stuff.
Hey.I've noticed a few threads recently asking for advice on buying Alizee cd's online and how to start their Alizee collection.I thought rather than replying to each thread individually I've decided to start a new thread to share info on a place I've used successfully in the past.
It's a company called Proxis who are based in Belgium and the Netherlands (see the link below). The site is available in English , French or Dutch.They claim to post anywhere in the world although I can't verify that for sure but deliveries to Scotland were sound.The shipping rates are pretty reasonable as well. For Europe it is 1.25E per order plus 1.25E per item (France and Benelux is cheaper still).For the R.O.T.W. it is 3.00E per order plus 2.25E per item.I know the dollar exchange rate with the Euro currently isn't great but I believe these prices are not bad in comparison to most. The site is not useful for rare items but they have all 3 C.D.s (inc Psychedelices CD + DVD) as well as the En Concert DVD and live CD.I have also used them for the Les Enfoires DVD's as well.Plus with them being a proper shop there is no worry over the authenticity of the items (unlike on Ebay and to a lesser extent Amazon). I've just realised that this sounds like an advert but I can assure you I don't work for them.  I just thought I would share this tip with all of you.Here is the link : www.proxis.be/ P.s. I can confirm that. I'm from The Netherlands and I have ordered several times at Proxis. So far without any problems.
In my country I can also order Alizée stuff at Bol.com but mostly Proxis is cheaper and for orders above 25 euros they don't charge me any postage. For other countries than Belgium and The Netherlands they will probably charge postage though.

I will have to enter my card number there right? Wouldn't that be risky? Ah... I've searched like crazy to find a place that has it. I'm just going to buy it there whether I risk exposing my card number or not... I can't tell you how much I tried to find those cds...

You see fast enough if it "looks" safe. I'll find it more risky to leave my card to some waiterguy in a restauarant.  If you don't want to go by creditcard but PayPal only, then there are enough international sellers on eBay. But again: Proxis and Amazon are perfectly safe.

I see. Btw, amazon doesn't ship her cds here.
So I just ordered a couple of Alizée cds from Proxis. But there's this site that sells it much cheaper. What do you think of it? http://www.ultramusicstore.com/ Does it look like it's safe to enter our card number there? Thank you, Emmanuel
