Tour De France 2009.

As my love affair with anything French continues, i'm looking forward to this years TDF.
With the Tour of Italy just finished, who do you think is going to win this years tour?
If they are still allowed in the race, what with all the financial problems Astana are having, for me it's got to be either Alberto Contador or Lance Armstrong.
Armstrong rode very well in Italy and got better as the race went on. I think it will depend on which rider is on form in France.
Either way it has to be Contador or Armstrong for me (or some unknown Spainyard??)
