Why isn't Alizee in the 99 Most Desirable Women List?

I was just looking at the Ask men's list of the 99 most desirable women when I noticed someone which made me question why Alizee isn't on the list.

Many people talk about this woman and she's also from France. She's attractive but no where near Alizee. If this women is on here, why isn't Alizee?

I know this seems like a stupid rant but it kinda pisses me off that people don't notice the beauty of Alizee or maybe they're just totally oblivious. I had just hoped that she would be on there so other could see her the way I do but who knows, maybe it'll happen.
