Album name...

I'm asking the French members or at least the very francophone members ONLY!

A friend and I are composing some music. Throughout the course of time, a name of "Deux Ans et Puis Certains" has come up. I would like to ask of the French speaking members how this sounds as an album title. What will be the most grammatically correct version of "Two Years and Then Some."

I know Americans wouldn't have a clue if this is right or not, but I want it to be grammatically correct for Francais...merci!
