I remember this song from years ago, actually a music video where this was sung by the same singer in this video. The title is "La Petite Culotte - La Goffa Lolita". It's sung in Corsican and apperently this song was big in Corsica and mainland France.There are numerous videos out there. This video I'm posting was made in Corsica and I think the song was written possibly with Alizée in mind.

I'm not going to post what Google translate says the title is because I think it does and awkward job of it with the words awkward and panties apparently being part of the title.

Ah ! Corsican ! That is why I can't identify it ! I definitely am not conversant in Corsican ! The Kind of song which makes you want to storm the Castle or the Bastille !
I am usually the guy who gets Slapped ! Ha ! Like in the movie "Home Alone2" where the guy bumps into Le Girl at the Curb and says "Pardon Me, Ma Cherie ! That's a very good version of the song. It seemed to do very well in France!
