Yeah, the fact that Vox signed up specifically to report Scruffy is very fishy. I'd like to think that it's not an active member of AAm. Perhaps someone who was recently banned.

I've done precisely what Scruffy has done numerous times?
So what? I've joined Forums, posted a few times and then started a thread in the 'Off Topic' section (most Forums have them).
We are Fans (or we are supposed to be?). Our aim is (or should be) to get the 'word' out to anyone who is willing to listen. If it works, it works.
It's hardly crime of the century if you upset one or two complete strangers on an unrelated forum?

Sorry scruff, somebody saw this thread and decided to rat you out.

Whoever ratted him out, one of their forum members, or one of our forum members (there seem to be some VERY bitter ex-Alizée fans on here), it's no big deal. I think Scruffy's idea is very good, and I will be doing it. I won't use my username here, and I won't say what sites I'm posting, but I really don't think it matters much.

It's a simple thing to do and very harmless. It's how I found out about Alizée, years ago, so I know it works.

Besides, I've been reading old threads, and Scruffy has been blessed by the most high, touched by the angel... and he keeps my airplane from crashing... argument over.

You know Scruff, you can do what I did and just put Jung on your ignore list. None of his posts show up. I can understand your anger, but Jung isn't going to change, and by the looks of it, he's not leaving either.

I don't believe in using the ignore button, but it can certainly be a useful tool for other users, when needed.

seriously, the first person that stops responding in this outrageous "discussion" has my respect. As moderator, I don't think that such foul language should be tolerated on any forum where kids and women, etc, visit and are active members. Stay calm and collected and let facts do the talking, not your temper, no matter what you feel another person has done against you. We all lose it at times, but we have to gather ourselves and take on the trust and duty of being a moderator to benefit ALL members on the sidelines. When it gets personal, we take it to PM. . . and let the thread live on as intended in the first place. It's how we save and administer forums.
