So, have we confirmed, that the new album is merely a rumour, or a fact? I.E. - is the rumour confirmed to be a rumour, or factual?

yes, there will be an album in the spring of 2012 according to Nikos on Generation 2000 when he announced it in front of Alizee.

I come back to this? I expect nothing but the greatest, I know it's most likely wishful thinking but I think this can do as great, if not greater, than MCÉ, and hopefully come close to that popularity of Gourmandises (how would one go to abbreviate that?).

"Alan Chamfort's album - which includes his duet ""Clara veut la lune" with Alizée - will be released at the end of February 2012. Merci pour l'info Alizée France" (Alizée-Forum on facebook)

Could this be the new album released spring 2012 that was mentioned in Génération 2000? I hope not... they really made it sound like we could expect a new Alizée album

I don't think so. That album has been long announced, and is his collaboration with many young french female singers.

Whereas Nikos explicitly stated that Alizée's new album would be released next spring, not Alain Chamfort's with a duet between the two on.

I would expect that Alizée's album is a completely seperate thing.
