OMFG it's the animaniacs. Another show I haven't thought about in forever! I wonder why they don't play this on TV anymore.

As long as were posting music, I think this should go in here aswell. This has been my favourite song since march 25, 2003 (the day the CD was released). It defines my outlook on people who expect you to do anything with your life - in 2 words: Fuck them.

Linkin Park - Numb

Some Natasha Saint-Pierre(original spelling before shortened to St-Pier) I know technically not from Québec because she is from New Brunswick and has been living in France for about 6 years. But she still visits her family in Edmundston every year and is still a great Canadian singer. And if you still don't care, well when Alizée comes to Québec it's these singers who she'll be competing with.

Natasha St-Pier: Nos rendez-vous
<object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/_NkwpRzgl_o"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/_NkwpRzgl_o" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>

Natasha St-Pier: Un ange frappe à ma porte
<object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/NpiRTMmdX6o"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/NpiRTMmdX6o" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>

For our Spanish speaking members
Natasha St-Pier & Miguel Bose: Encontrarás
<object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/1pxXHUgWZyU"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/1pxXHUgWZyU" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
The French Version sung live although the guy is not as good as Pascal Obispo who sang in the studio version
Tu trouveras

And if you want to hear her sing in English,
Like a Virgin
Candle in the Wind

And an interview because I never thought I'd she Natasha singing as a child again. Although I saw about as much of it the first time as shown in the interview because I wasn't much older than she was and had no interest in French music or talent contests.
PS: aFrenchie, I tried but couldn't really tell, does Natasha still sound like shes from Canada or has she learned to speak like your used to hearing French?
PPS: Don't worry atra201 I haven't forgotten I just haven't finished packaging and uploading everything yet. If there are a few other videos someone else linked PM me the ones you want and I'll try to get them since I'll be posting mostly French music, no promises though, and not too many please.

Yes, she does sound like a Quebecer. But it's true that her accent is not heavy (anymore?). And I'm talking about her interview: you hardly notice an accent when a Quebecer sings. Don't remember for other foreign people but it may be true as well. Accent are tones in the spoken mode, not in singing mode I guess...

It's HammerFall, a power metal band. I don't like them as much as KISS or a few other bands but I haven't seen any fair or good-quality KISS videos on Youtube.

More French music from Québec artists, Garou and Marilou. Garou should be well known to those who listen to French music, and I doubt that he will sound girly to those who said that they find guys who sing in French girly. I picked these first two videos because they go great together, L'injustice is really interesting if you pay attention not to Garou but the people around him. And after seeing L'injustice you can really appreciate Je suis le même, I love the dual story lines.

Garou - L'injustice
<div><object width="425" height="335"><param name="movie" value="http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/47C5B4pGN0sGt1lUU"></param><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/47C5B4pGN0sGt1lUU" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="334" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object><br /><b><a href="http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x6wwk_garou-linjustice">Garou - L'injustice </a></b><br /><i>Uploaded by <a href="http://www.dailymotion.com/landof">landof</a></i></div>

Garou - Je suis se même
<div><object width="425" height="283"><param name="movie" value="http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/3SDp60zWpXnUv1VlQ"></param><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/3SDp60zWpXnUv1VlQ" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="334" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object><br /><b><a href="http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x9u06_garou-je-suis-le-meme">Garou - Je Suis Le Même </a></b><br /><i>Uploaded by <a href="http://www.dailymotion.com/landof">landof</a></i></div>

Garou sings Highway to Hell in English with Natasha St-Pier

Marilou & Garou - Tu es comme ça
<div><object width="425" height="364"><param name="movie" value="http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/5EBYHAZ760siDcLE"></param><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.dailymotion.com/swf/5EBYHAZ760siDcLE" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="334" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object><br /><b><a href="http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x11ve_marilou">marilou</a></b><br /><i>Uploaded by <a href="http://www.dailymotion.com/kiti">kiti</a></i></div>

Marilou Bourdon - Chante
Because Marilou can fly too... lol
<object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ZIR6Rq-x1VQ"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ZIR6Rq-x1VQ" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
Hard to believe she's only 16, she's younger in the videos though.
(14-15 depending on when they were filmed 2004 or 2005)

PS: Are dailymotion videos blocked in the K.S.A. too?
