You guys are so impatient.
Remember, the letter was not sent to her directly. It went to the record company, which would then have to forward it to her. It also came along with whatever other fan mail arrived at the same time. So it's going to take longer for it to arrive and for her to actually open it than if you just send a letter to a Paris address. One thing working in our favor is that the existence of the letter has been publicized here, so she's had a chance to see it and be looking for it. Even better would be to go over to Lillytown.fr and post a notice about it there. It's pretty likely she browses that forum more often than this one, since it's in her own language, although I'm also certain she does come here. Don't expect instant response in any case. She might not respond at all. She might put out a tweet (en fait, c'est une bonne idée, Alizée -- utilise Twitter stp pour repondre). The main thing we want (or anyway what I want) is clarification on whether she wants to crack the U.S. music market. Hopefully she'll make that clear in the future even if she doesn't respond to the letter directly.

Naive questions
Please indulge some naive questions.
1. Is this "open letter" posted somewhere on the AAm website? 2. Is it translated into good French as a courtesy (or at least roboFrench using a link via Google, Yahoo, or whatever other free online translation service)? 3. Why not just forgo any physical letter and simply tweet its online address with Twitter? Surely the Alizée organization regularly follows tweets, if nothing else from AAm. Or doesn't the AAm administration want to participate in this project? 4. Am I offbase because there are things like DNA samples or something in the physical letter which was sent? Even should the answer be "yes," points 1-3 above still suggest useful things to undertake. |

I Think We Should Send This Letter To OpenDisc To Forward It For Us. OpenDisc Has Said That Interaction Is Possible Between Alizee And Her Fans Now. That's The Way I Read Their Message To Those Of Us Who Purchaced The Box Set.

Lets hold off on the second letter shall we?
We don't want to become one of those annoying nagging fans.
