iPhone 3g purchase in the states?

Hey, I guess the cheapest place to get a iPhone is to get it from the US.
Disadvantage you need to prove ur address in the states and have credit card.

Or is there other ways? Could anyone help me getting a iPhone and let me know how expensive it is over there?

$200 for 8GB, $300 for 16GB, 2 year contract required. Don't know how one would get/use it without being there though.

There's virtually no way for you to achieve this. Can't you get the 3G iPhone in China? Sure, it will be more expensive, but it's possible.
