Some people I know like Green Day and some don't. The people who listened to them in their early days seem to think now they aren't near as good. Since I never listened to them in their early days, I don't really know.

Thats Stretch Arm Strong, a punk band from my state. Best example I can find.

"math" means they switch up time signatures and use odd/offbeat stuff a lot, best I can describe it. Its usually found on the more hardcore punk bands.
