I don't know the correct words, but I really, really don't like all the new accounts that seem to have conveniently been created today... hoping to horn in.

What if March'10 created accounts and those created before, but have under 50 posts, are excluded?

I know a few members that have been here quite some time that I don't yet believe are aware of this thread, and would love a spot that's not taken by a sniper.

I agree here (even though this completely takes me out of a chance for a CD lol)

I say that of the people who sign up that those selected are the 50 with the highest number of posts. Even though I would really love one, I only think it is right that older and more dedicated members get what they deserve.

I agree with this strongly, though maybe not the 50 post part.

I understand if I'm too late and I agree with the pre-March 2010 members getting first priority. I also agree with the 50 posts minimum even though I only have 20 posts because forums live and die by members posting or not and this is really a reward to the members being a member. Otherwise, it's nothing more than a giveaway simply for having a pulse.

Both times you have to put a stamp on it, and put it in the mailbox, the only differ is the postage amount, which will be around USD 10

I really don't see much reason for post-limit. People can spam and people can lurk, don't see why would one be more deserving than other.

Maybe... I just thought that'd be a way to weed out any accounts (I believe one has already posted here) that may have been created long ago, just for such an occasion as this.

To the authorities of this site, I highly recommend that some form of action should be taken against those such as "Paul".
