Who is your favorite astronaut?
I am torn between so many Gus Grissom (been reading and watching so much about him ... he was an awesome man) RIP John Young just because he always was and still is a total badass! John Glen ... you just got to love the guy ... you just have to! First American in orbit and just such a nice human being! Buzz and Neil .... that is a must for every American! I always liked Neil for his non-showy personality as well as he and I have the same field of study. I always liked Buzz but I like him so much more for this lol  <iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/UUFO8AGMwic" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" width="420"></iframe> ^This guy ended up apologizing to Buzz since it was ruled he was harassing Buzz! Gordon Cooper .... he has the same personality as me and we both love to sleep! And even though he is not an astronaut I like him just as much if not more than the above mentioned astronauts. Gene Kranz ... just a hero in every sense of the word, I saw videos of him talking to fans and he is such a nice guy who even at his old age is still very "with it" and still totally brilliant! I really hope I can meet him one of these days! Ahhh I wish I was alive when these guys where the heroes of our nation ... now a lot are forgotten  edit: Please no one say Tom Hanks lmfao! If you liked Tom Hank's character you should say Jim Lovell!
