On the Radio Atlantis vote page anyone see the Artist Christophe Dupin
and his song Be Bop Rock N' Roll. This one came right out of the Doo Wop era of the late 1950's.

Also, I don't think any racial or ethnic component was intended; rather, this seems to be a transcription of a Southern accent (and a reference to derogatory rural Southern stereotypes). More of a "geographic" slur, I suppose...?

No derogatory intent, though. Basically, if you've seen Larry The Cable Guy do his show, or if you've sat through a few of the "Blue Collar" concert movies, you'd understand what I was aiming for.
