I know, I was surprised too. Song titles are not required to be different in copyright law. I wonder how many songs are out there titled "I Love You" or other such common phrases.

I just searched BMI for songs called "I Love You". The search returned 39 pages!

No one's in particular. I just picked a common phrase, "I Love You" to see how many songs existed by that name. The first one that came up was written by John Lennon and Paul McCartney. There were literally hundreds of songs by that name.
