Eh... I hate paparazzi.. not just because of Alizée.. I mean if I were a star I would also be very pissed if they would follow me every step. And then some stars are the bad guys in the news because they hit a paparazzo.. IMO it's what they deserve, it's one of the filthies works you can do.. getting on the nervs on people and wait for embarrising moments of them. I can understand that some stars run over paparazzi with their cars when they block it on purpose..
Yea.. in 2002 she grew big boobs by magic that maybe the reason *oh nawz not that discussion* |

If magazines publish a picture of Alizée in a beach, there is no reason to sue them. There is no difference between taking a picture of her in a charity event or doing the exact same thing at the beach.
If a celeb is in a public place, they have zero privacy rights.

That's right, but the law doesn't make the paparazzi work at a beach morally.
Edit: Maybe the beach she goes to may be owned by someone and this way he can declare it in some cases "private", even if it's free to use for everyone. (someone who owns the beach makes money with cafes or toilets or something there). Guess not every beach is property of the country. Last edited by vivealizee; 07-19-2012 at 05:31 PM.. |

Maybe also Alizée isn't worth the effort for them... waiting all day and night for THAT moment also costs money, and maybe you can't make enough with Alizée pictures... I don't know, I just can guess.

Not true. It seems that in French law, they still have MANY privacy rights. Here in the USA they have none. But over there they seem to be protected, from what I understand.

In the US they gained a little more privacy rights only, as I found out through google, but stars at beaches still don't seem to have right.
In germany the privacy rights are very very high, to high IMO, even satire is hard to do in germany, because of the privacy rights.. just a week ago the pope sued a german satire magazin for nothing... Oh, I go off topic. Next time more on topic |
