RMJ: the problem: she wouldn't say "excuse-moi, je parle pas anglais" because she does.

Hm...I have no idea what I would do... maybe not even say anything and go on my way... Of course chances are very unlikely she would visit my town.

And she'll be like "youpi! C'est mon fiancé!".. And i'd ask her if I can setup meeting with Jerry and she'll of course accepts it and calls me to their home in Paris next time I'm around and gives celly number so I can catch em easier then... And then I'll be like oh btw, what's your name again ? "Alizée". "Oh ok.. à bientôt!"...

Few days later in Paris, sitting on sofa next to Alizée and chatting this and that since it turned out that Jerry is busy whole day...
Who is jerry?

Jerry? Her darling husband! That is simply an abbreviation of Jeremy. In French they abbreviate by Jrm.

Why Jrm? Because of the French pronounciations of those letters

Jerry is 100% American (and/or British?) but is never used in France. That would only recall "Tom & Jerry" here!
Think "Jérém" instead. He's called that way in many interviews, blogs, etc...

And because it's made with RMJ letters

garçon, have you seen it written like that in French blogs or other French things? I'm not sure I've seen this but why not...

Ah ok t'as raison. Mais ça ressemble plus à un acronyme (comme dsl pour désolé) qu'à un diminutif

No matter how much I'd like to decieve myself with fantasies of getting to know alizee and chilling with them. I'd probably admire from afar or seem akward due to my lack of french skills.
