I have my options set such that newer posts are at the top of the page, so when I'm replying I'm usually at the top of the page or quoting someone else rather than at the bottom of the page where the quick reply is.

I frequently do. Unless I'm quoting somebody, or writing an in-depth response where I'll be AFK looking stuff up or something, I generally use it.

Will it save you bandwidth if we click on this Quick Reply thing? Tell me where it is or how to do it Lol, I just saw it at bottom of page, lol ... hmmm never seen it before
