If you have the video you should be able to extract the audio using a program like VirtualDubMod. Depending on the video you can get an mp3 but it is usually a wav file, if you want an mp3 you will need to encode it.

mkv, those are matroska video files not that common yet, here's the homepage, матрёшка / matroska
But VirtualDubMod should open them, not VirtualDub but VirtualDubMod, I linked it in my previous post.
And VLC Player will play them. If you want an mpg version try this one from Alizée-Forum:

What remix was in the video, there were a bunch of JPVA remixes? We don't usually share official files if it's an official remix though. Here's a link for the video if no one posts the mp3 you can still extract the audio yourself if it's the remix you want.
