Eh, it is interesting to see their technology develop. The lack of human interaction is sort of scary though

are those robots runned by solar panels? batteries? charged? fueled?
as much as i dislike japanese culture.....i cant help feeling sad about their declining birthrate and lack of social contact.

Some prototypes are plugged in I guess but eventually the idea is to have them run on battery power which will be a challenge in itself.

Robotics is advancing quickly these days. It's probably just a matter of time before we see robots like in "I Robot" or lifelike androids like in "Blade Runner". I think that's pretty cool.

even with batteries, the robot will have to be constantly charged, and not like a cell phone or laptop, its gonna have to be supercharged.....it'll need an engine or sumthin, either that, or a biult in energizer. We have cars that run on water, why not robot running on water?

I would rather we not rely on robots so heavily just yet though, the world has enough problems as it is without accidental mechanical explosions
