I know her first manager was Olivier Kahn, but I don't know her current manager's name.

Does Alizee still her use her maiden name (Jacotey) in public, or does she use her married name (Chatlain - spelling???) more often. or is she one that keeps both names attached.

She goes by Alizée Jacotey. She does not have a married name. She is not legally married in France, and her marriage license in Nevada listed her as Alizée Jacotey and did not incorporate a name change. She is not and never has been named Alizée Châtelain.
